About The Founders:
Priyam and Kalindi, a husband and wife duo, come from backgrounds in the academia and corporate worlds. Priyam Bakshi, was the director of Global Technology for a multi-billion $ financial firm with offices worldwide. A real foodie at heart, he enjoys travelling and experiencing the joys of discovering known and unknown food places. Kalindi Bakshi is a Neuroscientist, Researcher & Medical Professor, who pursued her passion and dream of running her own food business-Sattvika- a plant based, mindful & clean eating program. Kalindi’s love and passion for cooking, along with Priyam’s desire and vision to bring the most deliciously Indian food to the forefront of the food industry, resulted in the birth of Phirki.
